DAY 1: NAIROBI-MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE.
Depart from the city hotel after breakfast and drive down to Maasai Mara National Reserve with your first stop over at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. Take some pictures of the beautiful scenery of the great rift. You will see Mount Longonot and escarpment of the floor as one of the physical features. Proceed to Narok town where you will have your lunch and finally drive to Maasai Mara National reserve arriving in the evening for a budget camping expedition. Mara offers an excellent game view for the big five and set in for the annual wildebeest migration depending on the month that makes Mara an ideal tourist destination. Upon arrival, check in for around ten minutes before you are engaged on afternoon game drive. Be prepared to see the awesome view of the setting sun on this day. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
DAY 2: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN MAASAI MARA.
After breakfast at the camp, set out for the sunrise and afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch so as to have an extensive game viewing. This is going to give you humble time to exhaust all the game drives as planned. Picnic lunch at the reserve thereafter, afternoon game drive. Masai Mara National reserve is the most well known tourist destinations in East Africa. This haven of wildlife is located in the heart of the Great Rift Valley with different natural vegetation that the wild animals use as their habitat. It is also known as the epitome of the Kenya wildlife viewing areas. A reserve of its kind where tourists can’t afford to miss setting their eyes upon the so called Big cats of the jungle which is always the expectations of nearly all the tourists who set their foot in the country for the first time. Expect to see wide range of animals in their natural habitat with different bird species. For instance, Giraffe, wildebeests, common zebra, elephants, gazelles, grants, tope and different bird species under this ecosystem. You can opt to visit Masai village to get to understand their unique lifestyle and culture at additional cost. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
DAY 3: MAASAI MARA-LAKE NAKURU.
Early morning take a cup of tea or coffee and proceed for the Masai Village visit. Enjoy the moment spending time with the Masai community learn their culture and way of living drive to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in the evening with late lunch at city max hotel. The park is small but with black and white rare Rhino sanctuary that is forming part of the well known big five and a number of birds. Dinner and overnight stay in City Max Hotel.
DAY 4: LAKE NAKURU-NAIROBI.
Wake up for morning breakfast then proceed for the game drive in the park. Expect to see the black and white Rhino and birds of different species. Check out of the park and drive to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. Drop off at your hotel or transfer to the airport to connect back home.
